I would need the 4x for the arm size but the rest of it will be too big. Most of the tops at Q are just too small in the arms and shoulders for me.

I, too have this problem. My upper arms are larger than the rest of me. it is difficult to find clothing that fits well, but I have.

I buy Christopher and Banks essential Tees. They are 100% cotton but the fabric stretches gently over my upper arms without being tight and I can buy my true size so that they fit everywhere else and are not baggy or too big.

They were just on sale for $9.99 each, but most of the time they are 2 for $30. They come in tank, short sleeve, elbow sleeve, 3/4 sleeve and long sleeve versions.

They carry petite, misses and woman's sizes.

I machine wash cold and hang to dry. They last for years.

I wish other retailers made the area of the upper sleeves with more room. They are many women who have bigger arms, especially breast cancer survivors.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention @Susan Louise. I know many people have been waiting for this. Unfortunately, most of them won't discover a it for a long time. There was a thread about it not too long ago.
