QVC host & HSN host wearing same top

Jill had on a sequin top and a jacket with a little ruffle down the front in a bone color the other day with Mally. Tonight the HSN host Shannon has on the exact same sequin top and jacket that Jill had on! Shannon will be on in ten minutes for the Andrew Lessman show. I saw her in the preview. I was wondering the other day if Jill got it at QVC because I really like it. I guess the answer is no unless an HSN host is shopping QVC. It was such a surprise to see it again.
