I am so sad. She was a lovely lady and a perfect muse for her husband Louis. I wish him blessings and peace in the loss of his beloved wife. They were married a long time and were very happy. I am so sorry for Louis I am sure all of his fans will miss her.

Last month, we were saddened to learn the news of the passing of Jacqueline "Jac" Dell'Olio, beloved wife of Louis Dell'Olio. She will be greatly missed by all who came to know her as the love of Louis’ life and of course, his model in every show for the past 18 years at QVC. Her beautiful presence & warmth will remain in the designs of his collection that she so greatly inspired. Our thoughts & prayers remain with Louis & their loved ones during this difficult time.

Googled her and think she had lung cancer.

In his statement early January  (Louis) wrote - .....and she never smoked.

Oh no, how tragic. May she rest in peace.  What a classy woman, she will be missed by all who have watched her over the years.  Prayers for Louis.

I agree Jac was a lovely woman and I pray for strength for Louis to go on.  I know several people who after being diagnosed with cancer in one area of the body had it spread to the lungs. I wonder if this might have been the case with Jac.
