I was really surprised this happened to me! I wrote a review for a BMak bag (A209680) that I loved. I gave it 1 star. Here's essentially what I said in my review: About 10 days after I got this bag, one of the leather straps broke. I then examined the other 3 strap connections, and realized they were each held on by 1 stitch! I sent it back, and it really hurt me to do it because I loved the look of the bag. But I think BMak bags seem to be going downhill and I don't think I will buy them anymore.
A true review. QVC emailed me to tell me they couldnt post it because my review didn't meet their "general guidelines for content". There were no specifics given to me about what I did wrong. I am wondering if it was my honesty about their merchandise that didn't meet their general guidelines!
