If you are talking about QF I would buy these if QF would step up to the plate and bring "petite" sizes.  Their sizes called Small or Short are not PETITE.  It's the "rise" measurement that makes them petite.  QF pants come way past my waist.  I buy from other vendors here at QVC but never QF.
