I will definitely donate.  While they are clean and in good condition, wasn't sure if styles would be an issue these days.

@denisemb   Donate for sure. As well, if you have a shop of some sort who dedicates taking in clothing just like what you have ie retired from a work atmosphere, they would love fresh duds to help get women back into or started into the work force. There are a few places like this here, I thiknk they're great.

I have sent four pre-paid bags so far to ThredUp, which will give credit for items it posts to sell. If an item is not accepted for sale, they'll recycle it. I've made a couple hundred bucks. (The bags ship postage-paid, too.)
