I've never cared for bustier tops on wedding dresses.  I think if it were a regular strapless gown it would look better.

Exactly! I'm sick of the strapless wedding dress not because it can't look great on the right woman but because it ONLY looks good on a very specific body type in my opinion.

I love the cape but it would only work for a strapless dress/top which I know I couldn't pull off....

Lovely. I prefer the more full skirt of the first gown, but if I had to pick one or the other, I like this one, which leaves a little more to the imagination...
