I do not like the dress, it is a boring design, it is too sheer with a very short underskirt, and she looks terrible in the dress!

I watched the Nurses Ball on General Hospital this week. A young woman (teenager) named Josslyn wore a dress that looked like it was made out of similar material.

I absolutely love the color of the dress.

The dress itself is OK, I don't like how the bottom is sheer. I think it looks weird and throws the whole look off. If there had been a solid lining I would give it two thumbs up. It definitely looks better belted.
