@Iwantcoffee.  It is very elegant, however, it appears to be too big through the shoulders which also makes the sleeves too long.  Looks better on the model because it's correctly tailored for her.

Why do people think that just because someone has money and "help", that the birth of a premature baby wouldn't affect them as much as any other person?

I don't think all the money in the world would make up for the birth of a premie and the worry and stress that would go with that.

Worrying about the fit of something would be pretty superficial.  She may be aware the sleeves are too long or she may just not care (or even prefer them that way; many celebrities do).  If their baby is okay, I'm sure that's the main thing on their minds.

(I don't agree that the shoulders are too wide.  I think that's exactly how they're meant to fit.  Can't compare the model to the real life shot of Beatrice.)
