This looks like a top someone would wear if they want to make a fashion statement and have everyone take a look at her as she walks into a room.  It's very pretty.

It's a pretty color. I guess for certain occasions, it would be a nice change.

It's ethereal, I like it.  I think the stylist should have steamed out those wrinkles on the back before the photographer took the picture.

There are many elements: wind, fire, water

Looooove the color!   Blouse is very dressy for a special occasion and with the perfect pair of pants.  Not those white pants in the picture.
