Watched TSV last night for about 15 minutes to see what it was about. During that time Martha Stewart was like on another planet. I felt so embarrassed for Courtney. Martha offered nothing to the presentation. Most of the time she had her head down looking at index cards and did not even look up. Courtney would describe the top and then wait for Martha to add something but never did. Of course Courtney was able to fill in the silence. I got the feeling Martha was seeing this top for the first time. Lady if you are going to put your name on something know a little about it.

Yep....and quite a while back SmugStewart was rude to Courtney that night too - she's unkind to many of the hosts.

I never understood her appeal.  to my mind she is unlikeable.

@Janey2   I noticed that too...Martha seemed "tuned out".  Awkward for Courtney.  She was probably relieved when the show was over.

@Janey2   I saw that too.   I watched for only about 3 mins a little after it started,  and was surprised at how disinterested and uninformed MS was.  She had no idea what material the top was and sat there reading her notes with her head down.

I wonder if she wasn't feeling well since she had to sit for the presentation.

Re: Presenting TSV last night

I only saw a few minutes near the end of the show, but Martha finally said a few things and said how beautiful the models looked.  Sorry, I don't see that Martha would be wearing HER QVC clothes.  I didn't see much.  Maybe she only connects with a few hosts.  Courtney did seem to be trying hard the few minutes I saw her trying to interact with Martha.

She is 84 and is looking it- Maybe it's just time to call it quits to on-camera presentations!  Many People just don't know when to stop. Ego-driven...

I completely agree with you. She seemed completely disinterested and added very little to the presentation. Courtney was professional and kept the presentation moving but it was painful. Even though she kept reading her cards she still came up with nothing to help sell her own line. She shouldn’t act so superior - at least some of us have never had to serve time in jail.

Edited to add…. I noticed she was much more involved with Terri this morning.

Janey22   When I was watching, Martha chimed in, not once but twice,  about how nice it's to wear to the "country club" having lunch with the girls.  Martha lives in her 'high society' lifestyle and, I find her attitude condescending and, many times, impolite and rude.

Not a fan of Martha's or her fashion line, as you can tell.

Everytime Martha Stewart is on air, we hear the same complaint.  I think we all know by now.
