@Andreatoo. Quite a talent. I’m very impressed. Beautiful work.

@Shanus

Yep! @ALRATIBA is amazing!

Apparently the talent, and discipline, for knitting and crocheting skips a generation! My daughter sells her creations...

I know how to knit and crochet but not how to actually make something (aside from a giant square) from start to finish..

@Andreatoo. Uh oh. Posted congrats to the wrong person?

Beautiful to look at ladies, but terribly heavy to wear!  I made a jacket as a first year teacher, and it went out immediately.  I was miserable all day!Smiley Happy

With one exception ... all my sweaters (jackets are) worsted weight yarn and are outerwear - not meant to be worn indoors.  They are very warm.

Only one pic is finer yarn for indoor wear.

@ALRATIBAYour sweaters also have more pieces than mine did.  I can see how they would be perfect for outerwear.  You did some beautiful work.

Re: Pre-Season Fall Fashions

I didn't buy for a couple of years (financial issue) and when I came back I was really surprised how many thing have gone up in price. Also things in D & C are not as good anymore. I hate liquid knit but some of SG are cute and average pricing.

@Andreatoo

You can also make washcloths, throws, blankets, and bedspreads.  If you can do a rectangle, you can make scarves, shawls, ponchos, totes, purses.  It can really be addicting if you get started.  I crochet many hours per week.  It is a great way to destress, relax, clear your mind.

@ECBG

I use dk weight, baby weight, sock yarn, and lace weight for 99% of my projects.
