Just curious....did you need to return any items (not just the Q, retail stores as well)...if so, what was your experience.  The reason I ask, I saw on one of the morning stores that holiday gift return policies were becoming more strict.

Yes, I had to return two items. Both were from shopping channels and I used their return labels. I just didn't want to mess with going to the post office. I said the heck with it, slapped the labels on my packages and handed them to my mailman.Woman Happy

On my local news there was a segment about the changing return policies that you might encounter this year if you need to return something. Sounded like stores are shortening how long you have before you can get refunded with even more restrictions if you don't have a receipt or gift voucher.

Re: Post Holiday Returns

[ Edited ]

@Gayle2

I returned the Halo Bolt TSV prior to Christmas.  It was delivered and received by QVC on 12-23-16.  I had to reach out to the Q today to initiate the refund (eye rolling, lol).

Edited to Add - I think I misunderstood the question, I really need to slow down when I read.  I haven't had to return anything to other stores other than the Q.

For items bought under the  holiday return policy, you have until January 31, 2017.   Not positive, but I think the holiday policy started on Sept. 29.

i was going to return a few items to qvc if they did not give me credit for damaged pieces. they DID give me partial credits, so i am keeping the working pieces.

i just MIGHT send back the flashlights i ordered that came in crushed boxes......not sure yet. they do not look good for presenting as a gift......which is something they stressed in the presentations when they were the TSV.

i do have to make a couple of returns to kohls, but i will do that probably next week.

luckily, no major problems with any of the christmas gifts this year.

The holiday return policy applies to items purchased 9/24/2016 thru 12/22/2016 @ noon EST.   Items can be returned until 1/31/2017.

Also items purchased during specific holiday shows in july and august are included.

@Gayle2 -

No, I didn't need to return or exchange anything. Nice not to have to fight the crowds and stand in line.
