You win some and you lose some. But, I have never received such a bad item. I ordered 4 pair of these flannel pjs. The tops are great, but the flannel pants have ripped in the seams on all 4 pair. Very, very disappointed. Carol Hochman use to be a dependable , high quality brand. I don't mind paying a higher price for quality merchandise but these are sub par. They've ripped in the seams and there's no material to repair because of the fraying. They were not inexpensive.

They can't even be donated and no, they were not tight fitting, just the opposite.

I, like so many on this board are dismayed in the merchandise being passed off as high end. These certainly were not. I don't mind paying for quality merchandise, but these pants were more like dollar store bargains.

I just had to write about this, because money is tight for everyone and this is just wrong.

That's disappointing. You should return them, and call CS and explain what you've written here.

I like CH pajamas and have many sets. They are so comfortable. I have only had one or two sets over the years that have been bad quality.

Hello Imaclotheshog, yes you should call C.S. and report. Put them in one package and return them- this will save you a little cash, however under new shipping rules it will not. but like previous poster said let them know why you are returning. They may not charge you to return. I sent the very same P.J.s back myself. I ordered in the black and lavender. The top was ok, but a bad choice -- it showed all manners of hairs, both mine and my pups. Agreed the bottoms was a joke, flimsy. I am currently waiting on some P.J. from Joan Boyce, I hope they are nice. I know I didn't pay much, but I wanted some new ones so fingers crossed

Hope you have better luck, and always speak to C.S., I can't say how many post I read and wonder why they didn't call, I have found they usually try and make it right.

I just looked at them and overall the reviews are terrible. I would send them back as defective even if CS doesn't approve

I used to watch the CH shows and always thought the items were really nice, but every thing I have purchased has shrunk. I no longer buy from this line, and I don't really need all the 3 piece sets she always offers. I bought some night shirts and they shrunk so much that my rear end was hanging out. I have thrown out or given away every piece I ever bought. I never thought finding good quality night clothing could be so difficult.

Just today I rec'd 2 pairs of Joan Boyce pajamas, and I'm also shocked. Shocked at how soft and luxurious they are!! They were packaged beautifully, and we're on sale for $19 a pair. This is my first purchase, and it won't be my last. Just beautiful.

I purchased her TSV in November. Leggings, top and buttoned shirt. Worn them for Christmas Eve and few weeks later and loved them! Last week took them out of washer and used gentle setting and near elastic band on left side was a tear. Never again will I buy this line. Rather spend a little extra and buy leggings from Victoria Secret they last longer!

You may want to check out Vermont Country Store.com for their flannel pjs. I wear their Lanz gowns and they last forever.

Thank you everyone for the nice replies. Yes, I am returning them. I just felt I had to speak up on this item. Sure, you can get a bad item every so often, but to have the exact same problem happen to all 4 pairs that I purchased is not a coincidence. They are poor quality, they were expensive and I expected them to perform as described. I'm just sick of the poor quality that is becoming the standard here.
