I buy some BD on sale but this is a pass for me. I would get 0 use out of the Pashmina. Not a good value for me. Don't need the socks either.

It's Barefoot Dreams. Their stuff is all run of the mill synthetics but they have a following that has bought into the fairytale and believes it's an aspirational brand. So they will pay prices like that.

many of us love BD for the comfort, quality, wearability, and warmth.

we dont consider it an "aspirational brand."

we buy it because we love it and dont consider it "run of the mill."
