In the close-ups, look at how poor the seaming is.  There shouldn't be all those white "dots" of thread showing.  And the seam down the back looks totally crooked.

This top to me looks horribly cheap.

For years we never saw prints.  We only had solids.  When manufacturers got us accustomed to poor tailoring, they threw in prints because they decided we liked it as long as it was inexpensive.  We pandered to foreign countries because of their slave labor, something we abandoned here, but many, many countries still practice it and we buy from them, knowingly.
