Whenever I hear them use these phrases, it just makes me laugh.  I guess these aren't things that make me want to buy!  LOL

@Knit-Chick

I have always found that line "you'll look like you have money"

condescending; even when friends make those kind of comments.

A friend of mine would always say "You're rich" whenever I bought something she thought was out of my reach or surprised I had purchased.  Meanwhile, she was financially better off than me and we both knew this. It didn't make me feel better and I still knew I wasn't rich and no one ever thought otherwise. LOL

It was always uncomfortable and had to be addressed.

I love Isaac but he's also guilty of those remarks. Maybe some people think that way, not me.

They are all guilty, but the worst is Kim Gravel.

The thing that gets me is always the "you can even wear this pajama set out to the store"

PLEASE!!!   Put some real clothes on first.

I heard something similar to that the other night.  You can lounge in it, sleep in it, then wear it to the office.  Are you kidding me?  I don't care what it looks like. If I'm sleeping in it, I'm not wearing it out in public.

I often jjujj my sleeves....

none of these phrases surprise me or bother me in the least.

Wear it to the farmer's market! (I also hear this on ShopQ a lot).

Last time I was at the farmer's market, it was pushing 90 degrees and humid as all get out. I wore a tank top and shorts and was only there 15 minutes, not enough time to be admired by strangers lol!!! By the time I got home I was a sweaty mess.

Looking like you're vacationing in the Hamptons is another one. I've never been to the Hamptons, but I can't picture everyone there wearing nothing but nautical themed clothing or whatever QVC feels is the dress code is for that area, at all times of the day.

Apple picking and the pumpkin patch.  I am so sick of hearing about those places, I never even want to go to one.

Frankly, most of the hosts are starting to sound the same to me.  Same phrases, same comments, blah, blah, blah.  Then there are those who are an instant channel change.  I am getting to the point where I just can not watch anymore.
