Can you imagine what those pearl dresses would do to wooden furniture or how they'd feel as you sat in them?

I really like the skinny jeans with the Pearl at the ankle!

I have a black sweater embellished with pearls on the front that I bought at Kohls about 6 years or so ago.  It is by ELLE.  I have yet to wear it!  I have a 50th class reunion coming up this year.  I am thinking of wearing it then.  The pearls are only on the front of the sweater, are smaller and spaced out.

Hi @Kachina624  @We rescue cats  I seriously doubt that anyone who owns a fully embellished dressed wears it around the house or on a wooden chair. I'm sure it would be worn for special occasions, cocktail parties, weddings, etc. Brides & other women who wear embellished dresses must do fine, or no one would make them anymore.

The point of the post was pearlized fashion & accessories; style.

I don't really feel like bothering to post anymore fashions or accessories. To be frank, I sometimes start a post to detract from the negative & gossipy ones, and to share something with others in fashion.

If someone wants to post about how it would feel to sit on a pearl, that's fine. And it's fine that I give up.

I used to have a really nice black sweater with small while pearls all over it, including back and sleeves.  I knew it wasn't practical when I bought it but just loved it.  Like certain shoes are better for standing than walking, this sweater was better for standing than sitting and leaning back.  Even on an uphostered chair it felt like it could leave bruises.  Lesson learned.

Most of the items are not for me, but they're very feminine.  I am happy to see pearls coming back in a big way in fashion.

Except for that last straw handbag...so ugly.

Love #9,  #13,  #19.  I'd definitely wear them.

I would wear #13 and #15, the blouse and camisole. Both are lovely.

I also like #20, although it looks more like a bracelet than a necklace.

I think everything looks so pretty!  I especially like the morphine jacket & dress. Would make a nice non-traditional wedding dress. Shoes are gorgeous too. Thanks for the info.
