Trying to find item number for navy blue floral embroidered top Pat wore today?

I don't know about Pat's top, but am interested in knowing the item number for Jayne Brown's olive jacket she wore on the same show.  Anyone know where I can find this?  

Also, how do I post my own questions?  I'm new to this (not new to QVC) and would love to know how to participate in these blogs and forums.

@HeyPaula  Welcome to the Community.  I think I may have found the top Pat was wearing but I'm not sure.  Pat's looks really dark, like almost black.

I found this one - sold out - on a website called Quoboutique dot com.
