Pat James-Dementri's Top: Need Item Number, Please.

I love the top Pat's wearing on the air right now.  The customer rep I spoke with couldn't find the item number but I think I may have seen this top offered last year.  Does anyone have the item number?  The top has heavy embroidery on the front, a banded bottom and bell sleeves.  Pat looks gorgeous and I really want to buy this pretty top! The embroidery on Pat's top is so beautiful.  I think I've seen something similar to that one in Laurie Felt or DuJour or GILI.  Sorry, I don't have a specific item number.

Yes, I know the top you're referring to by Laurie.  I've been hunting on ebay for the one Pat's wearing to no avail.  Thanks for your response! : )

I don't recognize it as a Q item @Want2BCozy.

There are similar looks out there though.
