Someone was looking for these not too long ago, but I don't remember who it was.{#emotions_dlg.unsure}

These are from GAP, in two colors, for those who are interested.Smile

They look extremely high waisted

Yep, the very high waist is back (again). I wore pants like these in the 70's. I had a woven suit with pants like these and an "Eisenhower"-type jacket. I still think about that suit and how much I loved it. These are really cute but not suited for my body type now. Wish I could wear 'em again. Thanks for pics, Lola.

Wow, everything old is new again. That definitely looks retro 70's! {#emotions_dlg.closedeyes}{#emotions_dlg.bored}

I like them a lot. Thanks for posting. Is it called the paper bag waist??

Edited to add that I looked them up and found that they are called the paper bag waist pants.

I'm seriously thinking about ordering those pants. I've got them in my cart now. My problem is that I never wear heels because I have bad feet. Would these look ridiculous with flat shoes now and flat sandals in the summer?

Lolo, perfect pants. I wish I were young enough to wear them. I love them.

I'm 58, and I didn't think they looked too young for me. Do you feel like they're only for younger people? I felt like you probably needed to be thin, but not young. I found some shoes I can order with 2 1/2" heels that are a comfortable brand for me, but they aren't stilettos. They're shooties. Would they be cute with these pants, or are stilettos the only thing that would work? I just can't wear them with my problem feet.
