The Q I bet is sorry letting Pamela Dennis exit. I'm watching the show. She really is an amazing designer. And her personality hasn't changed a bit since the Q days..lol... seems to be quite modest. Her couture customers have been calling in raving about her. I actually think her line at the Q was better, but this is nice too.

I loved Pamela's clothing and still have a gorgeous jacket that I wore just the other day.  She had a super high end line in retail, which I believe failed many years ago.  Joan used to wear her couture dresses and I believe did in fact encourage her to come to QVC.  The line started our offering really well tailored, great quality items but the qualify dropped off, sales declined, and eventually Pamela was gone from QVC and the fashion scene in general.

I am excited to see her back and will definitely check out the line on HSN.

Any designer who stays with QVC, will have dimunition of quality, a la LDO and Sara Campbell, George Simonton's beautiful jackets.  Where have they all gone?  Very sad.  They come as good designers and leave .... tarnished for the experience.

 I really liked the fact that the customers that she had calling in were not celebrities! I thought that said a lot about her. She came off as genuine and humble

I want the lace front shirt that Sonia was wearing! I checked the website and there's only 15 items!?
@Chi-town girl help!
😃

@Andreatoo - I missed the Thurs night shows & did nit record them.

I did tag one of the PD items, a sweater. Wish it didn't have the embellished trim. Will see if makes it to clearance.

@kjae I think the dark haired model was Denise? She was gorgeous.

I was channel surfing and saw Pamela on with Colleen, props to both those women for looking so good in those faux leather leggings. I could never wear those. I liked the long sleeve blouse and one of the jackets.

@Chi-town girl

That's not it. By lace I mean actual lace, not laced.

From just above the black bodice  to the neck line was a fine black mesh/lace. I missed what was said about it, I was assuming it was coming up!

I checked it out and nothing really spoke to me -- faux leather, rhinestone studded, several accessories, a bit overpried and nothing unique.  Oh well, I will keep an eye out for new stuff and I do wish her luck.

Re: Pamela Dennis on HSN

QVC continually brags about the designer names they bring to QVC but the truth is that these high end designers bring nothing but their names.  THe clothing they sell bears  no resemblance to the high end lines they create or did create that caused them to be considered high end designers to start with.  CHeap fabrics and assembly line production in some third world country do not a designer clothing item make no matter whose name is on the label.

QVC is not the only retailer that engages in this practice.  I can clearly recall purchasing beautiful expensive well made clothing from Dana BUchman at Saks and Bloomingdale's many years ago.  Then the company was sold and the next thing I know the line disappears from from those stores and she is making cheap c*** and selling it at Kohl's.  DEsign is only part of designer fashions.  FAbric and manufacture are of equal importance and slapping on a designer name on a cheap fabric made in Vietnam does not a designer garment make.

I only liked the one blouse--the longer-tunic one.  Nothing else impressed me.  I do own a goldish colored "trench-type" coat I bought years ago from her on QVC.  I still like it.  It is well made and unique-classy.

Dana Buchman has nothing to do with the line at Kohls, the name was sold to Kohls,  her clothing was gorgous back in the day.  the stuff at Kohls is just OK,
