Re: Palm Frond earring up for order

I love the couture version that Jac wears but not the QVC version. There's just something missing. Not sure whether it is the simple chain link or missing fonds, but it's a pass for me. I think I will get the longer station version instead.

Wow, they are long earrings, almost 4". Oh well, would have been fun to wear on Palm Sunday.

Re: Palm Frond earring up for order

Would it be possible to take these to a jeweler & have them shortened from the top fronds? Maybe cut off the top one or two rows of fronds and reattach to the base? I know some of you make jewelry and you might know if this is feasible.

I like long earring but the scale is just too large for me to feel comfortable in. I sure wish he would scale down the earrings and not use the same mold. I think the tortoise shell and even the wave earring would have had wider appeal is they were scaled down a bit. Just my opinion. TIA!

I'm waiting to receive them to see what "magic" can be performed on them. Not statuesque, I will have to alter them or me. Wink

Sounds like an ear-lift is in order!

Good one! It might be a matter of attitude.
