Paisley Boho- help, please.

Hello Linea Ladies.......I would appreciate it if you could help me. I just received the black paisley boho......LOVE! Here is my question. I don't have yet, the solid color bohos, but have read on the forum that many feel the elastic in the waist is somewhat tight, and ladies have sized up in that skirt. IF you have the solid boho, and the new paisley, would you let me know if the fit is the same. Here is my dilema. I just received the black paisley in large, and I CAN get it up over my hips, without having to do the over the head trick. I have the XL on waitlist. Would you say, if I can get it up over my hips, that the size seems right?? Perhaps someone will chime in and say that the paisley has a larger elastic than the solid boho.
