It gives a very cowboy vibe to me which is ok if you are a teen or looking for a fun cowgirl look. So its a Nay for me.

I like a lean look in the leg. I have never liked excess material, and these are just strange looking , imo

@lolakimono- My fav pants / jeans to wear are low rise with a flare bottom.  However, not into a cropped flare at all....so I will have to agree with the majority and say Nay-Nay.  Smiley Happy
