PM Style on 4/18 - HOW RUDE CAN YOU GET JACKIE??

I have never started a topic but was so upset with what happened on last nite's show. There was a caller who told Lisa how much she loved Lisa and all the models. Jackie..one of the models...proceeded to mimic the lady! I was so upset by her actions! And to make matters worse, the camera man put the camera on Jackie to show her flapping her purse up and down. What is wrong with QVC??? I felt so bad for the caller. She was obviously thrilled to talk only to be made fun of! Did anyone else catch this? Or did I take it the wrong way? Sorry but I'm still upset!!
