Some people like buying shirts, etc have have sparkle on them.

Anything I've ever bought has either thread attached or extra beading in a little pouch.

With any clothing, if it has sparkle, you take the chance of something falling off.  If it does, you sew it on.  Plain and simple.

If you don't like bling, no one says you have to buy it.  Sometimes I like bling so I buy it.

I enjoy the occasional embellished neckline that never come with extra pieces.

The irony is that I picked up some ankle pants with embellishment on the back pockets. Price was so good I figured a vest or a shirt tail would cover it. The pants were $6 and I still received replacement stones! lol
