Anyone know who makes the long sleved white top with the "slash" opening near the shoulder that Pat has on this morning????

It was lovely and she looked fabulous in it.  My guess is, it isn't a QVC garment.  I wondered if it could be SG but couldn't find it.

Thank you! Is there a bow or something? I notice a piece hanging from the shoulder opposite the cutout. What I can see of it looks nice...
