It says that the TSV's chosen have little or no need for many customers. I would say they aren't reading the room. If customers didn't want to purchase at the original TSV price, why would they purchase now at the same offer. Lower the prices and they might sell otherwise, you have accomplished nothing.

I don't think most TSV are attractively priced enough to make them so special. 

The repeat Rastelli's TSV paled in comparison to what was available yesterday on their own website.
