Back from the ortho doctor.  Turns out one of my former students is his nurse!  She's beautiful, of course!!!

I had three x rays of my leg.  Most of the swelling is gone after almost 2 weeks, as well as the pain.  I've been keeping it elevated with my cold gel belts.

He said my cartilage is good where the knee meets the leg.  He gave me exercises for that and my sciatic nurve.  If the exercises don't help, it's physical therapy. I'll be doing the exercises with cold gel belts this coming week.

Brrrrr. 43 today!

First cold day in awhile.  Today's outfit included a Dennis Basso suede moto jacket and for @Andreatoo a pair of BCBG Generations Booties.  Crazy shoes are my guilty pleasure.  I think I probably got the booties at one of the sample sale sites like Beyond the Rack.

@ECBG I'm not really sure.  I had my colors done many years ago when it was a big thing, although I'm not sure I really agreed with the results.  I think it was Winter.  Anyways, I color my hair a coppery red and I have green eyes so I might as well be one, but my cheeks have a pinky tint to them.  I don't like too much blue in my red haircolor, but then again, I'm real careful about any orange in my lipsticks.  Here's a closeup of me around the eyes with no makeup on.  You get a hint of my haircolor and also can see the a little of the pinkness in my cheeks:
