My sister looks and feels much better! Obviously, putting the stent in her 95% clogged artery made a huge difference. I'm still hoarse, but otherwise, ok. I finally got an ENT appointment scheduled for the end of the month.

My eldest sister (75) went to the ER with chest pains. She has artery blockage and will have surgery. Her husband passed away when he was only 44. My siblings and I, and her adult children are praying and hoping everything goes well. 

I have been hoarse and unable to sing for a month. Thought it was my allergies or asthma but adjusting meds hasn't helped. Trying other interventions without improvement. Waiting for ENT to call and schedule a scope to check for more serious issues down in my throat.

Thank you and everyone else on this thread for your kind words of support, prayers, & well wishes. 

My sister had a stent put in one artery. She's feeling better and looking forward to going home. My father had triple bypass in 1992 when he was 72. We are glad my sister didn't have to go thru that at her age of 75.
