@ECBG  That's such a beautiful winter photo of the trees along the road! I haven't seen snow since I went to art college on the east coast! It gets to be 60 degrees for us, sometimes in the late 50s with a lot of wind.  I like to wear lightweight cashmere sweaters by a brand called NADAAM.  In terms of jackets, I like to wear leather moto jackets or denim jackets and I usuall wear them over stylish bodysuits, cute blouses or lightweight cotton tees or longsleeve shirts  I don't own any winter coats- I bet your winter coats are stylish and warm.Smiley Happy  Sometimes on a windy and chilly day I'll rock a leather moto jacket, over the knee suede boots, high waisted skinny jeans and a cashmere sweater  Smiley Happy

Big scarves are in vogue this year; find one in your blues or pinks to wear with your leather coats.Smiley Happy

@SportyShorty07...not to hijack your thread with ECBG but I lived in Novato and now I live in San Jose. I have been to SF 100's of times throughout my life, my Mom was born there. It gets bone chilling cold there especially when that fog comes rolling in. I have frozen myself at the zoo, the piers and wharf and at the Giants games.
And walking the bridge...
What district do you live in? My Mom went to Balboa HS and my Dad went to Mission and my Aunt lived on Ocean Street until she retired.

@Parischic  The fog definitely makes things cold- especially when I take a hike on Land's End or if I'm in the Sunset neighborhood near the ocean.  I'm born and raised here and I like it. San Jose is great too- great weather, so many fun things to do and I love their Vietnamese restaurants and the Raging Waters theme park.  Smiley Happy

@SportyShorty07 Did you hear that they permanently closed Raging Waters?
I don't know why they decided to close it. I would take my daughter there all the time in the summer.
It's sad, they are also closing Great America.

@Parischic  Thats soooo sad that they're closing Raging Waters AND Great America Smiley Sad.  I have so many great memories of going to Great America with my parents and siblings and I went to Raging Waters with my high school boyfriend in 2006, I went with my sisters in 2015, and I went with a boyfriend (became my ex bf soon after) in 2019.  I was hoping to find a great boyfriend and have a husband and take future Mr. Right to Raging Waters Smiley Surprised!  I'll have to google if there are other water themeparks in California- I'm not going to give up on my future water themepark dream date! Smiley LOLHeart

Today started out very early (for me).  I had a late morning appointment with one of my 2 neuriologists.  Then on to the hospital in that little town to have blood drawn.  Now another MRI.

I feel fine; my lower back seems a little delicate.  The blue ankle is almost healed, the one in the boot with the bone chip has a very few days left.

Back on the floor this afternoon, ladies.  Later in the day we are less busy, so I would walk less; it worked out pretty well.

Since I wouldn't get in until 8:30, I stopped on the way and had native mountain trout grilled with lemon butter, a salad, and sauteed vegies (which I brought home).

I had washed a fav cotton blouse, both pair of these pants are clean, and a black eyelet linen jacket.  Drusy white quartz pendant.

One of our elderly parishioners passed away. Her funeral was Friday morning. Usually I sing, but since someone else was the soloist, I was asked to lector. Most of the time family members read, but sometimes people don't feel comfortable doing that. I read 2 readings from the Bible, one from the Old Testament and one from the New Testament. I joined the choir for the songs.

I bought this black & white Kasper blazer at a local consignment store recently for $18. Also wearing Liz Claiborne trouser, Kohl's Croft & Barrow tank, and Anne Klein wedges.

Hope Everyone is enjoying the weekend!
