I love this silhouette with the skirt.

It was my favorite style, back when my waist was a feature to highlight. The waist shows when you move, but the whole design is relaxed and comfy at the same time.

If your coloring allows, I'm envisioning a soft pink or warm pink top @mintedrose

That's gorgeous!  My instinct would be to wear black but you said, no black.  I think any vibrant jewel tones would be wonderful.  Red, magenta, cobalt blue, forest green, etc.  You will look smashing in this!

Thanks for letting me know @lolakimono .  I like the form fitting looking without being tight.  I also love the longer sleeves.  I love the style - cashmere or not.

 IMO, I think it would be beautiful with that skirt in black as well as this color in the photo.
