I thought this was adorable but then you want your arms covered so I am not sure you will like this unless you wear it with a shawl.  This is by Tahari for $91 & change at Nordstrom.  It is a jumpsuit in crepe.

Spring 2020 color trend is blues with the ocean/sea as the influence.

I would look in that direction when looking for an outfit to wear.

@millieshops If you want to wear pants I would go with an ivory lightweight palazzo pant like @lolakimono posted. Then you could do color on the top with ivory tank under it. Like you said, column of color.

I think turquoise or coral would be a great choice for the top.
