It's s okay, but, I prefer white-white (optic, paper, whitest white) with orange. Cream or off- white makes everything with orange look dingy to me. Just my preference and perception. 

I like the outfit otherwise, though.

I love that sweater and would wear it with jeans or slacks -- not really an orange, silky polka-dot skirt kind of person.  Sweater looks comfy!

Not for me. I prefer a knee length skirt. The sweater looks too big. With a flowy skirt I wear a more fitted top,

It's a no for me. I don't wear skirts that are any longer than knee, and I don't care for the sloppy, oversized look of the top. I'd look like a little kid playing dress-up in her mom's clothes in this.
