I think the ruffle is on the front, with a tie underneath the wrist.

I think the outfit is very cute, but maybe the jeans would be less mom-ish of they weren't so high waisted @Sweetbay magnolia ?

@San Antonio Gal , I thought about that.  I like high-rise jeans - it's just the look of the ad that did it for me.  One of those intangibles that comes across, I guess.

It doesn't appeal to me. I might wear the pants with other items, but I don't really like the top, and I'm not a Skechers wearer.
