The office look is the short skirt below the longer skirt.  You pop on the longer skirt before you go to the party!

Its absolutely beautiful and elegant. The skirt gives a little holiday and celebratory vibe and the top is work and eve appropriate. I would do a classic red lip stick with this and diamond studs. Yes it works.

I think the skirt works but the top is too plain.  If this is a dress I would look for something else.

I think this is a beautiful outfit.  If I was younger and still working I could see myself wearing this outfit.  Very nice.  The skirt is beautiful and would even look good paired up with a good quality white tee!

Love the skirt.  She appears to be wearing a cotton tee shirt which I wouldn't do.

I'd prefer a top in a more lux fabric.  Silk, velvet, cashmere.
