I'm not sure if it's ok for church. Around here most people don't dress for church. I haven't been to church in decades but from what I've seen anything from shorts and jeans to a dress works. I personally think it's a bit dressy.

It would be dressy for any church around here.  People show up in shorts and flip-flops.  I'm assuming you have good arms.

If you want to wear this dress to church, wear this dress to church!

It looks a little dressy for church here in Arizona. It is not my style, but it is a pretty dress. Smiley Happy

Our church dresses up more than most other churches in our town but this would be too dressy for even my church.

I guess you would have to look at what people at your church wear.  I go to an older church so most still dress for church.  I wear a dress or dress pants.  Nobody gets upset if someone shows up in jeans though, and we provide the facilities for a College Church that follows our service, so of course, they are all in jeans when they come in.  I saw a little old lady with a very dressy dress on Sunday, so we pretty much run the gamut.

To me this looks like a party dress, either afternoon or evening, not a church dress. It might stretch as a church dress if the lace was not black.

For me, I would not wear to church. It looks like a party ,  date night  ,  or wedding .

This can be dressed up or down. ie - espadrilles or flats and a straw purse makes it more casual; wearing your hair up makes it more dressy.

I think this would be nice for church but I'd go more casual with the accessories, makeup etc. Personally, I would dress for the occasion regardless of what others choose to do.
