Re: Opinion on these two strikingly beautiful pieces.

I would've been thrilled to have either of these in 1967! I had a few similar but much cheaper items back then. Wore them to pieces. I'd love them today but would have no place to wear them.

Just lovely. Thanks for posting!

@crawford5153   They are both lovely--and my favorite is the long coat aand white blouse in the first piicture and I would wear it!

I agree that it looks like these are from Soft Surroundings and have purchased items over the years that pleased me greatly.

Thank you for posting.

I can appreciate the workmanship but people don't wear that sort of thing in my humble world.  They are works of art.

@Kachina624 I agree but wouldn't  it be fun, for one night at least, to wear something like this to an event? So out of my comfort zone 🤣

The band in 1967. Front L–R: Paul Revere, Mike Smith. Center L–R: Jim Valley, Mark Lindsay. Back: Phil Volk

 This "strikingly beautiful".........is a very 1960's look.

I just edited my post to say both pieces are from Soft Surroundings.  I think they are exquisite.

Gorgeous.  Totally wouldn't fit my casual lifestyle, but really beautiful!

It sure is and i love both!  In about 1970 i had a plum long coat with appliqués and a hood.  It was my Dr. Zchivago look.  Boy i wish i had kept it.

Re: Opinion on these two strikingly beautiful pieces.

I agree it would be so lovely to wear during the holiday season and New Year's Day. It is from Soft Surroundings.
