Maybe you misunderstood my post. I did not say she needed to look sexy. I said some bling would have looked nice on the dress. I also did not mention Walmart. Such an over reaction for a simple statement.
Bling is out of style right now. Simple, classic looks are in. That is what she is wearing. The bling is on her finger, as it should be.
Speaking of bling, the first thing that came to my mind was when the character in "Working Girl" was trying to explain to her friend how an expensive dress did not need bling. The dress was basically classy and understated, showing off the woman and not the dress. And let me reiterate once more "Classy and understated."
I agree with you @Nonametoday . And the bodice of the dress looking like a t shirt made me LOL. I have never seen a t shirt with lace sleeves.🤣
It's a beautiful, classic, and modest dress appropriate for a church wedding. Nice to see a bride more covered up. It is definitely a bit simple and plain in style, but the train adds drama. I think this dress is a perfect embodiment of how she wanted to look.
She could have worn a dress like this and still looked modest. The dress has lace and beading yet it is understated.
But that's not what she wanted. Is that from 1980?
I know that is not what she wanted. I am just giving my opinion like everyone else. The dress is not from 1980. It is the same style as Culpo's dress. The only difference is that this dress has beading and lace.
