Have you ever heard of this one: Thao Nguyen Xanh - Sad Romance? My old (saved) links don't work anymore (one was aimini dot net...???). Anyway, youtube has the original by TNX blocked GGggrrrrrrrr, but it is one of the most melancholy music e-ver!
Some others on the "sad" list, which could better be labeled "slow dancing, possible crying involved"...
