What do you think of the print mixing in this outfit of the day (OOTD)?

IMO, none of it goes together.  The plaid is too large in scale to go with the floral jacket, and the colors don't blend.  The shoes are way off.  Fashion fail!

I like the jacket and shirt, but would never have paired them with the snake sandals.

Too much blue!  And a total footwear faux pas!

I don't care for the shoes (IMO, they clash; not sure if it is just the colors of the shoes or also the print) but the rest of the outfit looks nice.

I love the Navy Blue, didn't even notice the two differing prints until it was pointed out to me by one of the posts.  I don't like reptile skin looking leather products so I don't like the shoes at all but all in all the "look" is no different than what I've been seeing "out there" and on TV.  Do I like it?  It's ok.... I don't layer so it's something I wouldn't do.....

Like everything except the shoes -  those I probably wouldn't like with anything, but if I tried them it would be with a plain top/pants.

I think that the blue prints together look fine on Jacqui Stafford. The Isaac Mizrahi gingham shirt looks more wearable than the similar big shirt by Joan Rivers but gingham isn't something I would wear. I do like the floral denim jacket. The IM TSV sandals look cute but the snake print doesn't really go with the top and jacket and the snake print emphasizes that those sandals look too long on her feet.

This is very badly done.  Good mixing is done in a way that still has a visual flow.

Your eye shouldn't stop. start. stop. start.

An example is a pretty pieced quilt.  All the prints flow.

Top designers can do it like BCBG, Ralph Lauren.
