Yes, @jeanlake!  They have 3 shops in Asheville, the one at the Folk Art Center the most noted and probably the one you visited.  I lived there and we were very active with the Guild and still are in touch with many of the special people there.  Also, there's a shop at the Moses Cone Manor in the Blowing Rock, NC, area (I was lucky enough to stay overnight there when we helped with an educational demonstration of some of the fine crafts and how they're created).   It's a wonderful organization.   It always warms my heart when I see @ECBG spotlighting and supporting them.❤️🤗

When I left Belk Fine Jewelry because of a hateful woman they put in there, I was already hired at the Folk Art Gallery in Biltmore Village.   I loved it at times, but they don't really help and I am too active for that. 

The manager lied to me and misrepresented the seasonal position.  The "ghost" that closed my lunch sack even liked me!  She told me 2 days before Christmas I had no more hours!!!  She was all about me  when she wanted me to work there!

I used to volunteer at the fairs until the woman over volunteers had the audacity to put her hand on the side of my face!!!

I reported her to the director.
