Buying from stores I think would make no difference, unless, I imagine, some companies make varifiable claims.

I just presumed this meant that all  clothing with "made in China" labels was produced  in N. Korea..  Will certainly be checking this one out.  Thanks for the heads up Justice4all.

@HiLo, Please let me preface by saying this is my perception -- not facts.  I assume that as a very large nation China has clothing factories within their geographic boundaries which produce much of the merchandise marked "made in China". That said, it is no secret North Korea does most of its commercial business with China, so it would stand to reason that Chinese manufacturing companies may utilize NK facilities.

in order to mitigate the damage from sanctions No Korea sends slave labor to China, Russia, the emirati and other countries as well. it is estimated to be about 100-200,000 people, usually from their slave labor camps.

Actually these are slave labor camps, almost, because this is the way they live under totalitarianism, in their own country.  Please read about their 'factory cities'.

I have said on other posts that if we ever get in there ...North Korea will

make Nazi Germany look like a kindergarten ....just my opinion ....
