I ordered at 9:30 am and the first item I ordered is no longer available. I placed two orders with multiple items and have not received confirmation on either one.

@Katcat1 - yes, I signed in first. And I use my card regularly and just used it last week. I don’t store the credit card number in there, but type it in each time.
I finally got a customer service rep on the phone and she placed the order for me, but as of now, I still haven’t received the confirmation email.

FYI...........after you place orders there is a notice at top of website:
Order confirmation emails and purchase history updates may be delayed up to a few hours. But don’t worry–we’ve got your order.

I had trouble with early access, even though my card was linked to my account. I called customer service and they set it up so I could shop. Have you given them a call?
