My DH often finds items he likes here more than I do.

Some items are created especially for the Rack, and are not really a "special find."

However, every once is a while one can discover a discounted item from the main store.

I have been especially lucky with comfortable walking shoes.

I had better luck shopping at the Rack when I lived in the Seattle area, but here in Tucson, we don't have a full line Nordstrom store, just a Rack & I've never found anything that I like there.

@Foxxee - me too.  I've only been to the store once, but have placed two online orders, including one on Saturday.  I've been pleased with that.

I have to go often to find something I like.  I just don’t get there that often though.  Lines to checkout are horrible.  Never more than two cashiers working.

I have been in this store a couple of times.  Never bought anything.  It's cluttered, messy and always busy.  Not my cup of tea.  But then I've never bought anything in Nordstrom's itself even though it is directly across the street from me.
