Kachina, look at herroom.com. You will find a good selection of short nylon gowns. I wear long sleeveless Shadowline brand year round.

Also look at Eileen West and Miss Elaine at Belk.  They generally have a coupon and a percentage off for the brand overall.

@ECBG.  I'm currently wearing Miss Elaine which I get NWTs from eBay sellers.  They last forever fortunately.  I like that most styles cover the shoulders.

I'm married . In winter time no short, nylon gowns where I live. Only single women can get by with that.  ROFL

Get married you'll be buying long , long gowns and in flannel.

I love the Carole Hochman sleeveless nightgowns.  They are so comfortable.  She had one about 2 years ago & I literally bought one in every color.  It is warm year, round where I live, so I can wear them year round.

@SharkE   Joking, right? Only "single women wear short nylon gowns"? I wear what ever I like and it's usually a short cotton nightshirt, but sometimes sexy lingerie for me and my DH. I did that single and married. I please myself.
