@Sadiesadie - are you paying with a Talbots credit card?  If so, you can buy them for full price on Monday and then call customer service on Tuesday and get a price adjustment.

Not overly thrilled with the 25% off, but I went to the Talbots store closest to me this morning and bought 4 items. I came home and ordered 2 more. All for spring. No clearance items.

@gidgetgh   Was there a trunk show at your T's?

There was at the big one I usually go to, where I didn't go today but instead purposely went to one of our other T's where I got more 70% off final sale clearance.   As you know me by now, 25% off wasn't enough percentage off for me, and I didn't want to eat whatever "refreshments" were at the trunk show.  Someone from the main Higham, MA office came for the trunk show.

I did look over the new Oprah T by Talbots collection which was out and available for purchase at the store where I was.

@Pearlee - nothing special was going on at this store today. She did put a card in my bag and mentioned something about an upcoming shopping event and light refreshments. I didn’t see the Oprah collection at this store today.

@gidgetgh : Thanks for that tip but I have no retail CCs. Keep hoping I get something in the mail I could add to the 25% since I have till the 3rd.

I’m guessing you figured out I meant jegging and not jogging pants...duh
