My experience is any change is hated at least mostly hated.  In a week or two you can't remember what the old one looked like.  Usually.

Change is the way of life now.  It is what it is.

@Mom2Dogs It doesn't seem that difficult.

@rms1954   I never said it was difficult, it is not customer friendly.

I haven't noticed a new page layout.  Is it just me?

Here's what I think is going on.

If I come to the QVC website using Safari, it looks exactly the same as always.
If I come to the site on Chrome, for some reason it defaults to the mobile version, which looks the way some of you describe.

I then scroll half way down the page on the right side and there are 2 choices--"mobile" and "full".  Click on full and it goes back to the original layout.

I believe @Kachina624 had posted similarly a week or 2 ago.

@Tori3569    I use Chrome and used to have trouble with my tablet defaulting to the mobile version.  I don't know what I did but it doesn't do that anymore.  It was very irritating but is quickly rectified by clicking on "full".

I use my MacBook Air to view and shop any site.  My phone is for calls, texting and occasionally getting on line to read the news.

@mspatmac I always welcome change. I'm consistently changing our furniture around, my style is very diverse from baggy to fitted, just depends on my mood. I shop many places. Although consumers "don't care about the studies" businesses very well do. They are constantly studying better ways to basically, make more money.

I once read a study on centurions. The one and only thing they found they had in common was they all adapted to change. We have to accept change as that is how our world revolves.

Because I like change, I accept it readily and don't fight it. It's just not worth the effort to fight something you have no control over. For this reason, I welcome change.

Hi @cjm61 for some reason your post hit me the wrong way and I responded without thinking.  To me it was we got a new format, deal with it.  Unimportant in the scheme of things to me.  Not to others for sure.

I go with the flow and really don't care about the background stuff.  Sorry if I was harsh.
