There are two items I like. One is an Envelope Bateau neck long sleeve sweater. Love the pink color, but there are no reviews yet which gives me pause. I for sure want my favorite Pima Cotton Ballet neck three fourths sleeve tee in that new pink color! I am going to Talbots tonight to see if any of these new things are in the store. If not, I will order from their catalogue phone.

I agree, those are some pretty colors in their palette this spring. I like the mix of orange and navy in the striped boat neck merino wool sweater. No purchases for me, though.

This is my bad time at Talbots. This year once again I spent a lot of money on the after Christmas sale items. My budget is completely shot after those purchases. No money to spend on any new items until at least February and maybe March.

I'm totally missing the nearby Talbot's outlet store that closed a few months ago. I could always find wonderful deals there on fashions -- 60, 70, 80% off. I have so many nice things I bought there, and I always gave my daughter a Talbot's gift certificate for Christmas so she could shop there. They were one of the few places that could fit just about everyone. Missy, Plus, plus petite, even. One of our favorite stores......gone.

First year I didn't attack the after Christmas sale! I didn't go crazy prior either! Each year is different in what we find and like and looks good. There will be another good sale when you're ready! Enjoy your new pieces! Now, JJill was a different story,following holiday!
